Great observations! Sometimes a little light hearted views also help: in the modern world it is often those who are sane who suffer. Advice: when your toungue is in your cheek, don't grit your teeth.

'When it’s game on, it’s game on, and leaders have to be aware of their players'. I find this statement encouraging. Some leaders don't possess the empathy required to understand what may be negatively affecting their players.

Good morning young Ray, Nice piece, I can relate to that personally and for three years I went through a tough time. The support I received was amazing and ultimately changing medication I have come through it. Yesterday was RUOK day and we talked one on one to all members of the staff just checking in and listening. It was rewarding to all parties. Its very true that the empathy one has with human beings that you work and socialize with belittles the hate in the world. Take care my friend. Cheers Russ
