Washing The Dust Off
Every morning when my sprinklers are activated, so too are the birds. They love flying through the arching sprays. It seems they need to wash the dust off, preen themselves, and get themselves ready for another day of flying and feeding.
It’s a good reminder for the upcoming Easter long weekend.
Many I’ve spoken to have had a significantly busy first quarter and this coming weekend provides the opportunity to wash the dust off, take time for some self-care, so that we can energetically fly into the next quarter.
Each of us have unique interests that when engaged in, effectively reinvigorate us. These activities serve to inspire us; create the winds of fresh optimism and hope; help us become more at home in ourselves and with those who mean much to us. For some, it means getting out from under the grind of work and onto the grounds of pleasure and play.
Take some time for yourself this weekend. You deserve it and will be richly rewarded for doing so.
Happy Easter!

Work Snippet (New)
People often ask me what I do and how I can help their businesses, so I thought for the next little while, I would include some snippets here for those who are interested.
Cashflow Forecasting
One owner of a construction-tourism related business said it this way: Ray…helped bring the business out of a very deep and serious financial hole to ride a wave of success for another 3 years. My big mistake was to not keep him connected with the business for regular checkups and strategic consultation…more fool me.
The Bigger Picture
I specialise in improving the effectiveness and health of organisations, with a particular emphasis on senior leadership development and well-being. My approach involves enhancing the organisation's structure, processes, culture, and strategy to help achieve your goals.
