Three small questions that can yield big results
“What can I do better to support you?”
“Is there anything I could be doing better for you?”
“Is there anything you need to make your job easier?”
Three similar questions revolving around the central spindle of support.
When people know you're there for them, they are more likely to be there for you.
They will lean towards being more open, transparent, easier to relate to and work with.
And in the case of leading a team of people, you will increase the chances of enhancing their personal motivation.
Like with most things, the key is finding the one thing that moves the many, and in my view, this is one of those.

Yes. more important is asking right questions
Hi Ray, interestingly enough I had a zoom session on Thursday night and asked these questions to our licensees for our upcoming conference,on the surface they are simple questions but taken seriously very thought provoking.
Love your Friday posts.
