The weekend is here
This week, I’ve been away in Toowoomba with a construction related company doing what I enjoy most at work: spending time with passionate people, building connections and engaging in shared solution finding.
As the business landscape increases in pace and complexity, today’s leaders must ensure they increasingly connect with their people. That means finding ways to care for them and setting up environments that make success a natural outcome. It’s been a great time. #lovemyjob.
